[交流] ijerph编辑拒稿但状态仍显示pending editor decision

本人投了ijerph期刊，第一轮给了大修完后，今天看了一下状态是Pending editor decision，但是点进去，编辑的意见是Reject and decline resubmission。

但是两位审稿人给我的意见，都认为我改的很好，一位直接同意接受发表，另一位也认为我改的比较到位，但还有一些新的问题需要修改
然后编辑直接拒稿了，还不让重投，而且他给的理由我真的无法理解。提出“The paper is haphazardly written ”的这位审稿人对我的论文其实是持积极态度的，而且他说的意见我都改了；至于数据过时的问题，如果介意这个，又何必让我辛辛苦苦修改一轮呢，第一轮直接拒掉不就好了？

不知道到底是以里面的详细信息为准，还是以首页显示的状态为准？

The paper does cover some scientific ground. However, it does not in its current form add anything significant to the literature. This deficiency was identified by reviewers. The paper is haphazardly written (noted by one reviewer) and the data are quite dated, going back by almost seven years.This limits the scientific validity of the paper. I would like to thank the authors for submitting to this journal issue, but the paper cannot be considered further.
