Did you find that you couldn't stop talking? Have you ever offended someone since you talked to much? Here is the thing!
The only tip I can give is before you say something ask yourself is this something that might offend? Have you written a paragraph when one sentence will do. If your talking about when you speak and not what you say on here then it becomes more difficult to control.

Usually most of us know, before we say something, that it may offend. Something inside us tells us that. The better control of that you have the better off you will be. If you find that most everything you say offends, which I doubt very much, then you know you have a real problem and you need to find out why.

I suspect that is not only , you, you and you. My sister can talk your leg off and never say the same thing twice and I have no idea how she does it. Even she however has a sense that what she is about to say may offend and she will not say it.

Of course you can go in the opposite direction, as I do, and not say much at all. You sure do not offend that way but no one talks to you either. LOL
