It is not clear which method was used to identify the novel gene marker of cells. Since marker genes are useful as classifiers for individual cell types, it is highly recommended that the authors perform some complementary analyses, using an independent approach such as KeyGenes algorithm to identify classifier genes in training dataset and further validate in the test data set using ROC analysis. 返回来的意见里说推荐KeyGene algorithm和ROC analysis，想问下大家这两种分析方法怎么做啊 发自小木虫IOS客户端 |
