Please let us know if you have questions or need a payment method. *****Technician (¼¼ÊõÔ±£©: The Raymond Cho/Jeffrey Cheng UCSF Dermatology lab is actively profiling human and mouse model inflammatory skin rashes on the single-cell level (single cell RNA-sequencing, sequencing based protein epitope analysis, and highly multiplexed immunofluorescence) to improve molecular classification and treatment response prediction. We are a productive genomics-oriented laboratory seeking a visiting scholar with extensive experimental technical expertise. The start date would be in the 2021 timeframe£¨Ô¤¼Æ2021Ä꿪ʼ£©, The ideal candidate would have a masters or a PhD with a strong immunology background and be independent and self-motivated, detail oriented, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. He/she must be able to plan, conduct, and oversee experiments, independently develop and optimize experimental protocols, and interpret data and results. Candidates must have first author publications in at least 2 peer-reviewed publications. We are especially interested in candidates with at 3 years of hands-on experience in the following skills:£¨¾ßÓÐ3Äê¼°ÒÔÉÏÏÂÁÐʵÑéÊÒÕßÓÅÏÈ£© 1. Immune cell experimental assays (e.g. flow cytometry, cell culture assays, quantitative PCR, ELISA, Western blots)£¨ÃâÒßϸ°ûÏà¹Ø·ÖÎö£¬ÈçÁ÷ʽ¡¢Ï¸°ûÅàÑø·ÖÎö¡¢qPCR¡¢ELISAºÍWestern blots£© 2. Experimental use of mouse models£¨Ð¡ÊóÄ£Ðͽ¨Á¢£©. We are a highly productive genomics-oriented laboratory seeking a visiting scholar with extensive computational biology experience, preferably at the PhD level. Candidates must have first author publications in at least 2 peer-reviewed publications. We are especially interested in candidates with strong experience in the following skills: 1. Expertise in single cell RNA-seq analyses (É󤵥ϸ°ûÊý¾Ý·ÖÎö) 2. Experience with R and/or Python, UNIX, and cluster computing(¾ßÓÐR¡¢Python¡¢UNIXºÍcluster²Ù×÷¾Ñé) 3.
