3.Please comment on the methods, results and data interpretation. If there are any objective errors, or if the conclusions are not supported, you should detail your concerns. If this signature is true then it should hold up in independent datasets. Authors need to show this is not an overfit by showing the effect of the gene signature in independent data, of which there is plenty in places such as GEO. |
