投稿时需要如实告知文章之前投的期刊，但被拒绝了吗？ 已有2人参与

请问各位虫友， 投稿时，系统让填写文章之前投过别的期刊没有？ 如果投过，把之前的审稿意见和作者对此的回复也要提交。 请问这种情况需要如实告知吗？谢谢！ has this article been previously submitted to another journal and rejected (either before or after peer review)? if yes, please make a note here and then provide the editorial/referee comments along with an explanation of how these comments have been addressed in a covering letter as part of your submission. |
