Preparation Instructions
Indocyanine is soluble in water (1 mg/ml).
Indocyanine is not readily soluble in saline.
It should first be dissolved in water, then diluted with saline for applications requiring isotonic solutions.
也就是说，想要溶解ICG，先可以用水配制成1mg/mL水溶液
按照使用说明用生理盐水稀释
当然也可以在1mg/mL的ICG水溶液中加入氯化钠至9mg/mL，这样就可以得到等渗的9mg/mL氯化钠水溶液中ICG浓度为1mg/mL，这个浓度够了没？
