ÕªÒª: The preparing process and properties of Ba(Sn0.1Ti0.9)O-3 ferroelectric powders by molten-salt method were investigated. The effects of synthesis temperature on Ba(Sn0.1Ti0.9)O-3 powders' reaction completeness and morphologies under the catalyst of molten salt were discussed. The investigation results indicated that the single phase Ba(Sn0.1Ti0.9)O-3 solid state solution could be synthesized at 900 degrees C under molten salt condition, the size of powders changed slightly with reaction temperature increased till to 900 degrees C. The grain of powders appeared an anomaly enlarge trend while the treated temperature above 950 degrees C. The morphology and dielectric properties of sintered ceramics showed ceramic powders with good sintering activity and dielectric properties.
