SCI论文小修后被拒，编辑建议转投旗下另一期刊，这样命中率高吗？

投稿了SAGE旗下一个SCI期刊，经过近半年大修、小修，然而最终被拒，编辑建议转投SAGE旗下另一SCI期刊《Science Progress》，并且给了转投链接。请问： 1、《Science Progress》这个期刊怎么样呢？论文急用的话值得投吗？ 2、这种同一旗下期刊的转投，命中率怎么样呢？ 编辑原话： "However, the Editor has recommended that your manuscript is appropriate for publication in Science Progress - a multidisciplinary journal, aiming to provide a platform for researchers in all areas of scientific exploration. Your paper has been thoroughly reviewed in '第一次投稿期刊' and so will not require further review." 3、最后一句话是什么意思呢？”Your paper has been thoroughly reviewed in '第一次投稿期刊' and so will not require further review“，是说会直接接收吗？还是说不用外审、由编辑直接决定接收或者拒绝呢？ |
