[求助] 咨询关于论文投稿后编辑要求确认信息的相关问题

我之前投了一篇论文，最近按审稿意见修完后重新提交了，但编辑给我发了这样一份邮件，其中有两个问题我不清楚该怎么回复。

Dear Mr. Chen:
We are currently updating our records for Journal of Vibration and Control. We are contacting you because we have a record of an account associated with your name and/or email address on our system. Could you please email us the following information, so that we could correctly update our records?

• Your details on ScholarOne
• Institutional/company email address
• ORCID number (if available)
• Contact information and email address of the head of department at your institution or equivalent at your company

If we do not hear back from you within the next two weeks, we cannot proceed further with the review of your paper.
编辑提到的第三个和第四个点，都可以回复，但前两个点怎么回复，我用的是浙大邮箱投的稿，怎么还问我要官方邮箱地址。这第一点又怎么解释
