中南大学袁凯课题组诚聘博士后

诚聘博士后–重复序列在果蝇胚胎发育以及人类重大疾病中的功能研究 Recruitment of Postdoctoral Researchers – Deciphering the functions of repetitive elements in Drosophila embryogenesis and human diseases 中南大学湘雅医院袁凯课题组诚聘博士后研究员。袁凯研究员为湘雅医院精准分子医学研究所课题组长、博士生导师、湘雅医院临床生物样本中心主任、生命科学学院医学遗传学研究中心PI。曾入选国家海外高层次青年人才、湖湘青年英才等项目。课题组主要以果蝇、小鼠、胚胎干细胞、和临床样本为研究对象，探索基因组中的DNA重复序列及转座元件在早期胚胎发育、癌症、及衰老中的生物学功能和调控机制。现主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金重大研究计划培育项目等各级课题10余项，研究成果发表在Cell Rep、Genes Dev、J Cell Biol、Curr Biol、Trends Genet等知名期刊。现招聘博士后数名，从事以下几个方向的研究：（1）重复序列在果蝇早期胚胎发育Mid-Blastula Transition阶段的异染色质化过程和调控机制；（2）转座元件在癌症中的功能解析；（3）重复序列与转座元件在神经退行性疾病中的功能。 Applications are invited for postdoctoral researcher positions in Dr. Kai Yuan’s group in Xiangya Hospital, Central South University. Dr. Yuan is a group leader in the Institute of Molecular Precision Medicine of Xiangya Hospital and an adjunct principal investigator in the Center for Medical Genetics of the School of Life Sciences. He also serves as the director of the Center for Clinical Biorepositories and Biospecimens in Xiangya Hospital. Dr. Yuan is a recipient of the national recruitment program for young outstanding scientists. His group is investigating the functions and malfunctions of the repetitive sequences in the genome under different developmental and disease conditions. These postdoctoral positions are supported by Xiangya Hospital, and the successful applicants will contribute to one of the following research projects: (1) the transgenerational inheritance of heterochromatic features of repetitive sequences in Drosophila genome; (2) regulatory functions of transposable elements in human cancers; (3) the role of genomic repetitive sequences in neurodegenerative diseases. 应聘条件： 具有博士学位，品学兼优，身体健康，年龄一般在35周岁以下且获得博士学位一般不超过三年； 国内毕业的博士以第一作者公开发表过3篇以上论文或发表过JCR2区及以上论文1篇，国（境）外博士以第一作者公开发表过1篇以上的论文； 较强的自主科研能力、组织管理能力和团队协作精神； 良好的英语阅读和写作能力。 Basic requirements: A PhD in related field is required, and applicants should be no more than 35 years old; Applicants should have at least 1 scientific publication; The candidates are expected to be independent and highly motivated; Excellent communication skills for scientific discussions are indispensable. 薪酬待遇： 全脱产博士后（人事档案、工资关系等全部转入我院者）税前年薪20万，累计发放不超过3年，科研奖励另计。博士后可按照医院招聘条件参加公开招聘，申报相应岗位，同等条件下优先考虑。 Benefits package: Basic annual salary ￥200,000 (pre-tax) plus extra bonuses for scientific publications and research grants.
