我的IFS为何没有给登记号啊？

按邮件来说我是今年第一波的，但怎么没有登记号呢？其它申请者好像说有登记号的啊？ 谁清楚这是怎么回事啊？？ Thank you for sending your project proposal for an IFS Research grant to the International Foundation for Science (IFS). Your interest in our programme to support young researchers in developing countries is sincerely appreciated. Due to the large volume of applications received, we are unable to respond to inquiries about applications that are currently under review. However, please be assured that your application will be given careful consideration. Your Application will be processed in the first semester of 2009. The final granting decisions will be communicated to the applicants no later than 31 July 2009.
