回修后被拒，能重新投稿吗？ 已有1人参与

投Frontiers in immunology杂志，经过Interactive Review后，一审稿人withdrew，另一审稿人同意发表，结果编辑拒稿，拒稿信很官方： Dear XXX, Unfortunately, I have to inform you that your manuscript "XXXXXX" cannot be accepted for publication in Frontiers in Immunology, section Vaccines and Molecular Therapeutics. The reason for this decision is: The content of this manuscript does not meet the standards of rigor required by the journal to be considered for publication. The overall assessment by peer reviewers and the editorial panel is that this manuscript contributes little to the field beyond the work reported in the authors prior publications and that the revisions made during the interactive review process are not substantial enough to address the concerns raised upon review.
