请问The 5th IEEE Vehicle Power and Propulsion Conference (VPPC'09) 已经录用文章,现在要注册了,指定是参加不了会议了,老板不同意.交了注册费不参加文章能发吗?是不是必须交全'额注册费用啊,不参加没有 tutorial是不是可以不交啊? Please note that all authors must register and pay the appropriate registration fee in order to have their paper included in the conference proceedings and included in the IEEExplorer. Each paper must have at least one author pay the full registration fee. Each author can register up to two papers. All registration must be received by July 15 in order to have their papers included in the conference proceedings. All attendees must register and pay the appropriate registration fee. The conference registration fee includes access to all technical and social activities of the conference.
