发榜了 Dear*** The organizing committee of the 2009 Conference on Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management congratulates you on the acceptance of your paper and its presentation at the meeting in Hong Kong. IEEM09-****** We are pleased to inform you that this paper of yours has been accepted for presentation at IEEM 2009 in Hong Kong. Note that this is the first batch of confirmed acceptance. Decisions on other papers are still pending and will be made before the deadline. Please incorporate the comments from reviewers in the final version of your paper. Your final paper has to be camera-ready and prepared following the IEEM2009 paper guidelines. Please also ensure that your paper is free from serious language mistakes. To maintain the international standard of IEEE conferences, we reserve the right to exclude your paper in the final proceedings if the language is deemed unsatisfactory. Note also that the abstract length accompanying your final paper may not exceed 150 words which is the standard requirement for inclusion in the Book of Program and Abstracts which will be distributed onsite to all participants. You may select your preferred presentation mode (oral/poster) when uploading the paper (there will be no differentiation in the proceedings, only for conference program). We may face schedule and venue constraints when preparing the program, so do be flexible. However, if for funding or other reasons, you need to give oral presentation, make sure that you select it. Only camera-ready manuscripts that are IEEEXplore compliant can be included in the IEEM 2009 conference proceedings and to appear in IEEEXplore. In this regard, your co-operation is much appreciated to avoid delays. Authors must register and make payment by 1 September 2009 to ensure that their papers are included in the conference proceedings. Please be sure to sign your copyright transfer form online also by 1 September 2009. The registration portal opened on 10 July 2009. The portal for final paper submission and copyright transfer form will open on 1 Aug 2009. Confirmation of participation is subject to payment being received. Please register and make payment early. A series of pre-conference tours and post-conference university visits cum workshops are being planned to enrich your stay in Hong Kong. To avoid schedule conflicts, the activities are being planned to take place before and after the conference. Booking confirmation is subject to payment being received and on a first come first served basis. Guest rooms at special rates are also reserved at Regal Kowloon, the conference hotel and applicable for hotel reservation made before 8 November 2009.
