怎么写Responses to Technical Check Results

前几天本人在《Journal of Alloys and Compounds》杂志上投了一篇文章，但是后来编辑给我回邮件要求我提供“Responses to Technical Check Results”，但是这个编辑并没有将我这篇论文出现的技术问题给我列出来，因此我不知道该怎么写这个'Responses to Technical Check Results'，也就是说我根本不知道什么是‘Responses to Technical Check Results'。请问论坛内有哪位高人曾经遇到过类似情况，请帮忙指点一下小弟，本人初次投稿，甚是无知。 以下是该杂志编辑发给我的邮件，请过目： Dear professor Fan, Your resubmitted article entitled "Densification behavior of W-Ni-Fe nanocomposite powder prepared by sol-spray drying and hydrogen reduction process" has been received by Journal of Alloys and Compounds. However, before we can proceed, we ask you to provide your 'Responses to Technical Check Results'. Please upload your "Responses" sheet under the submission item 'Responses to Technical Check Results' and submit it together with your manuscript. A sample of the sheet can be found at: http://www.elsevierscitech.com/l ... echnical_Check.pdf. We regret that without a completed "Responses" sheet, your manuscript will not be further processed. Dear Editor, Thank you for your useful comments and suggestions on the language and structure of our manuscript. We have modified the manuscript accordingly, and detailed corrections are listed below point by point: 1) In its current state, the level of English throughout your manuscript does not meet the journal's required standard. Authors have the responsibility to present their papers in good English which can be understood by the journal's readership without difficulty.
