| OLED is a near the end of production. For instance, Sansumg has announced a series of AM-OLED mobile phones with the function of touch by finger. Among of three, OPV is the next potential product becuase its easier process and lower cost in comparison with silicon-based solar cells. However, the conversion efficiency is the bottle-neck. Finally, OFET or OTFT--they mean the same thing in fact--is still a long way toward production. |
