If the form is not completed before publication of your paper, we will proceed with publication on the explicit understanding that we have all the rights customarily included in a publishing and distribution license, including the exclusive right to publish and use the article in all media and to sublicense such rights. Rights & Access form这个表格在哪填啊没收到啊，哪位大神帮忙解释一下万分感谢 |
