[求助] 两轮大修,第二轮也不知道如何答复 已有1人参与

第一轮(大修):
Reviewer #1: The paper is reasonably written in both format and quality of contents to present a new mid-long term runoff forecasting method based on IPSO-ELM. Experimental results show the proposed method achieves the most consistent and accurate results in mid-long term runoff forecasting comparing to the considered alternative methods. The whole manuscript is well organized and the topic is very interesting since it can obtain the key feature factors related to the runoff in the watershed and improve the forecasting accuracy. This manuscript could be accepted.

Reviewer #2: 1. The novelty of this work is limited. The combination of ELM with other algorithms is extensively used to various applications. It is hard to see the contributions of this work.

2. The proposed method is compared with some classical algorithms. The authors should selecte some state-of-the-art methods for somparison.

3. The presentation needs a significant improvement.

Reviewer #2: 1. Improve the writing to make it looks more like a scientific paper.

2. There are extensive ELM-based methods for predition. Please provide the advantages of the proposed method from methodology and performance. More ELM-based methods should be considered in the experiments. From current results, I do not think the proposed one obtains the state-of-the-art performance.
