审稿人在意见一般性描述到配不上投稿的杂志，有没有必要关于这个做出回答？ 已有1人参与

 两个审稿人意见，其中一个审稿意见为：General comments This paper presents aims to improve the hybrid recommendation algorithm by redefining the parameters and the parameter ranges of the hybrid recommendation algorithm. The parameters are tuned with a PSO algorithm. Experimental results are shown on three datasets and compared with four base a lgorithms. The paper is well presented and easy to follow. However, the contrition of the paper is quite minor and fare from what is expected for a work published in a high standard journal like ESWA.More comments: 1. Sections 1 & 2: Recommendation systems are a large domain. So it is useful to make a focused literature review. Since the work is basically about collaborative filtering, it is needed to extend largely the literature review of existing methods, in particular recent advances in this area. 2............. However, the contrition of the paper is quite minor and fare from what is expected for a work published in a high standard journal like ESWA. 这句话有没有必要单独回答啊，还是说这是审稿人对杂志的一种吹捧，不予理会。导师非要回答，但是我想回答，万一没回答好，不是自乱阵脚吗？ 求大佬解答！ |
