求问海外博后的邮件里写的waiver for non-recruitment是什么意思？ 已有1人参与

| 今年7月博士毕业，去RIce University博后，3月拿到了导师发的informal offer同时向学校申请走流程，上周收到行政人员的邮件写了如下内容：“The posting has been sent to EEO for review since we are requesting a waiver for non-recruitment. If approved either today or tomorrow, we should be able to push the hiring proposal through by the end of the week.”。这周收到了学校的HR的邮件：“Dear Applicant Reviewer, Your position for Postdoctoral Scholar has been posted for non-recruitment. Please send the link below to the candidate in order to complete the online application and attach any required documents. Please be sure that the candidate submits documentation, either on the application's education and job history sections, or via a resume to show that they successfully meet the requirements for the position.”想请问大家a waiver for non-recruitment以及non-recruitment是什么意思？为什么不是recruitment呢？这个是否与导师要给我申请H1-B签证有关？谢谢！ |
