正式期刊已经发表过的论文还可以再投向国际会议吗？ 我的一篇论文已经被国外一个普通的期刊出版发表了，现在刚好有一个类似方向的国际会议要投稿，我想把这个文章再次投向这个国际会议，请问这样可以吗？算不算是一稿多投？！ 谢谢 |

想必你当初在国外那个期刊发表的时候，已经签过类似版权转让协议之类的东西，其中应该有此文不能在今后在其他地方再次公开发表的条款。而如果你投了会议也录了，当然也要签相似条款的协议（比如IEEE会议的版权转让）。所以从法律层面看，这样先后转让同一篇文章的版权，显然是说不通的，因为你已经转让了版权，接下来就无权再次转让了。当然，这也有违你先前发表文章到期刊时所作的承诺。 不过如果你是前投了个会议，这个会议声明了你的文章以后还可以投期刊，那就另当别论了，因为版权转让权还在你手里。 |

这首先要看期刊出版社是否让你用那篇文章（版权问题），其次要看会议是否愿意要，还有你担不担心有外人找你麻烦。。。 会议是否收，问一下组委会就可以，有的会不要版权，甚至不要全文，完全是交流与讨论。正式出版论文集的会议一般要有新内容，应该不可以（最好问都不要去问）。 一般人认为版权转让给出版社，就什么内容都不能用了。实际上不完全那样，作者保留不少权利。比如，把最新的文章拿到会上讨论交流，还等于给出版社做免费广告（甚至帮助提高引用率及影响因子）。。。 好吧，找了些证据说明有的出版社可以，实际上最主要的是要把出处写清楚（acknowledgement of its original publication in the journal）。 http://www.elsevier.com/wps/find ... opyright#whatrights （Elsevier杂志的版权协议） What rights do I retain as a journal author*?
