[交流] 请教关于IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control

该杂志中的Regular paper和Technical Notes有何区别？为什么有些科研机构不认可后者？希望高人指点，多谢。

等国际期刊上组织专刊(Special Issue)四期。在20余个国际学术会议上担任程序委员会主席或委员。

成果与论著
　　近年来，结合鲁棒控制理论与现代航天科技的发展前沿，在鲁棒滤波、时滞系统与网络化控制理论及其在工业与航天中的应用等方向上取得了一些具有国际影响的研究成果。近五年来发表论文经检索SCI收录70余篇(第一作者50余篇)、EI收录100余篇，SCI他引500余次，SCI引用H因子1
2。其中28 篇论文发表在IEEE Transactions系列汇刊上(长文15篇)。
　　2007年获全国百篇优秀博士学位论文奖，2008年获得国家杰出青年科学基金、黑龙江省杰出青年科学基金、黑龙江省政府特殊津贴、国家自然科学二等奖(排名第五)，还曾获加拿大Killam博士后基金、Alberta创新基金、Dorothy J. Killam博士后奖、霍英东基金，入选新世纪优秀人
才支持计划；曾四次获IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control、Automatica等著名国际期刊的杰出审稿人称号。
