You will note that they indicate considerable reservations concerning the reservations concerning the suitability of your paper for our journal. Should you decide to perform additional experiments along the lines suggested by reviewer 2 and then to submit a revised and expanded manuscript please refer to this original manuscript number in your cover letter. Considering the reviewer comments, I am afraid that we must decline your paper.

The paper has several shortcomings which I consider so severe to justify rejection:
