烟丝含水率对卷烟主流烟气水分及总粒相物挥发性成分的影响

为了解影响不同含水状态卷烟抽吸感受差异的因素，研究了同种卷烟不同含水率烟支的主流烟气（粒相与气相）水分及总粒相物挥发性成分的变化。结果表明：①随着烟丝含水率的提高，卷烟烟支主流烟气粒相水分及气相水分均呈上升趋势；当烟丝含水率由8%上升到19 %时，气相水分的增加趋势比粒相水分的更为明显；②对总粒相物、CO、烟碱碱含量的影响结果；③烟丝含水率分别为8.28%、12.25%和18.79%卷烟主流烟气粒相均鉴定出相同的70种挥发性成分。与含水率12.25%卷烟相比，含水率8.28%卷烟主流烟气易挥发性化学成分含量较高，含水率18.79%卷烟则偏低；④对卷烟感官质量的影响结果。环境湿度或烟丝含水率是卷烟烟气水分（尤其是气相水分）和低分子量易挥发性成分，乃至感官质量的重要因素。

The impact of tobacco moisture percentage on cigarette mainstream smoke / water rate and total volatile particulate components

In order to understand that different smoking feelings are effected by various moisture percentage in cigarettes, studies have been performed on cigarettes to monitor the moisture content and total particle volatile components of cigarette mainstream smoke (gas phase and grain) of same type cigarette with different moisture percentage. The results showed that: ① By increasing the moisture percentage in tobacco, water particle and water vapor content in cigarette mainstream smoke displayed an up trend. When the tobacco moisture content increased from 8% to 19%, increase of water vapor are more significant than the water particle. ② The impact on total particle components, CO and nicotine content. ③ 70 identical volatile components were identified in cigarette mainstream smoke of different tobacco moisture content at 8.28%, 12.25% and 18.79%. Compared to 12.25% moisture containing cigarettes, higher volatile chemicals content were observed in 8.28% moisture containing cigarette mainstream smoke. While they were lower in 18.79% moisture containing cigarette mainstream smoke. ④ The sensory feeling of cigarettes would affect the results. Environmental humidity or moisture content of tobacco determined the content of water in cigarette smoke (especially water vapor) and low molecular weight volatile chemicals, as well as sensory feeling.

Main cigarette smoke (particle and air phases) and changes in volatile components within particulate matter of the same kind of cigarettes with different moisture content were studied in this paper in order to find the impact factors on relishing cigarettes which possess various moisture contents. The results indicated that: ① Water content in particle and gas phases of main smoke was climbing as moisture content of cut tobacco increased. Water in gas showed more significant than particle phase when tobacco moisture content was improved from 8% to 19%. ② The impact on total particulate matter, CO, nicotine concentration; ③ The same 70 kinds of volatile components were identified in particle phase of main smoke when moisture contents of tobacco were 8.28%, 12.25% and 18.79%, respectively. Compared to 12.25% of moisture content, the concentration of volatile chemical matters showed high when 8.28% in moisture content of main smoke, the opposite to 18.79% in another group. ④ The effect on sense of cigarettes. Environmental humidity or moisture content of tobacco cigarette was the significant factor to determine water content in smoke (especially water vapor) and volatile components with low-molecular-weight, as well as sense.
