论文格式的问题

Manuscripts are not to exceed eight (8) pages, plus tables and figures (see Tables and Figures section) for a total of sixteen (16) pages. In the absence of tables and figures, the Editor may allow a greater number of text pages. The Editor's decision is final. for author说稿件不能超过16页，是指的投稿上传的这种格式（2倍行距）还是正式发表的那种格式？包括参考文献吗？for author没具体指出来，我不明白。我是否可以给编辑写封邮件询问一下？ [ Last edited by hbsun126 on 2009-7-6 at 18:45 ] |
