投了一个期刊，编辑给了大修，文章做得是碳纤维表面采用氧化石墨烯与二氧化硅改性，审稿人的一个评论看不太懂，有大佬吗，求帮助啊。 “Relative reduction in the D-band of Raman is a clear signature of chemical bond formation on the GO surface rather than mere electrostatic interaction.
