| 请问有投稿经验的各位大佬，IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics大修是会显示成什么？刚一篇文章收到评审回复，Reject & Resubmit，其中一个审稿人给了reject，但他错误的理解的文章的主旨。。三个审稿了给了大修的意见，一个审稿人给了小修并接收。这种情况resubmission中的机会大吗？给的意见倒不是很难回答。 |
