请教电化学审稿问题

Fig 8 curve c, shows the CV for cysteine (10mM) oxidation at the modified electrode. If you measure the current at 0.4 V, it is about 25 uA. Fig. 9 shows the amperogram for successive additions of 1mM cysteine measured at 0.4 V. After 10 additions, where the total conetrations is about 10 mM, the current observed is 4 uA only. Why this discrepancy ? 请问一下怎么回答呀！急呀 ! 谢谢! |
