亚纳米的定义是什么?已有3人参与

![]() 向大家请教一个问题,我想知道“亚纳米”的具体定义是什么?到底是定义为三个维度中有一个维度在1 nm以下或接近1 nm可以被称为亚纳米,还是只要三个维度中有一个维度低于10 nm都可以称为亚纳米?最好能提供相关的文献。感谢大家!!![]() |

纳米材料:至少有一维处于纳米尺度范围(0.1~100n)或由它们作为基本单元构成的材料。有一维就可以了。 https://wenku.baidu.com/view/79adfabb960590c69ec37683.html 亚纳米的意思是材料尺寸大一些,有一维快达到100纳米了。比如200纳米或500纳米。都叫亚纳米 |

The word “sub-nanometer” is increasingly used recently. However, the size strictly confined within 1 nm is difficult to determine, since there might be errors in most of the size conventional characterization tools, and the featured size might not be even in the overall structures, especially at this extremely small scale. Moreover, whether there is or should be a critical size level to differentiate sub-nanometric material (SNMs) from conventional nanomaterials is not clear, in spite of the fact that it is well-accepted that the size of nanomaterials would certainly influence their properties. The size scale of sub-nanometer bridges the molecular level and the conventional nanoscale, and an increasing number of novel properties are being progressively researched. Specially specifying this size scale might help to attract wide interest on this special topic. We consider the materials as the so-called SNMs when two aspects are met: 1) the size of materials are confined at the level of a single-unit cell of crystals or molecular level; 2) some unique (size-related) properties comparing to nanomaterials at large sizes can be obtained. ——Ni Bing,Shi Yuang,Wang Xun,The Sub-Nanometer Scale as a New Focus in Nanoscience.[J] .Adv.
