请问 title page 需要独占一页吗？

某一期刊的title page 是这样描述的：The title page should be the first page and include the title, all authors' full names, one of the main institution name(s), city name(s), and country name(s) with which they are affiliated, and an e-mail address for correspondence. 请问 title page 需要独占一页吗？也就是说abstract直接从第二页开始吗？ |
