20金币求助一段话的翻译 组织文化是一种新型管理理论，它以文化的形式潜移默化地对组织管理起着特殊作用。高校作为一个极为重要的社会组织，在现代社会文化建设中，必然需要形成和建设好自己的组织文化。本文结合笔者在高校中所做的问卷调查、实地调查的结果，从高校组织文化的四个层次对当前我国高校组织文化建设的现状展开分析并针对普遍存在的一些问题提出对策性建议。 |

| Organizational culture which plays a special role in the organizational management in the subtle form of culture is a new management theory. Colleges and universities as a very important social organizations, in the modern social and cultural construction, and construction will certainly need to form their own organizational culture. In this paper, the author has done in the colleges and universities in the survey, the results of field surveys, from the University of the four levels of organizational culture on the current organizational culture of our colleges and universities to analyze the status of the building and some of the problems for the widespread recommendations to propose a solution. |

| as a new management concept, organization culture has subtle influcence on the management of the oragnization. As an important social oraganization, tertiary insititutes are indispensible to form its own organization culture in mordern social culture construction. based on the reaults of questionaries and surverys, current study analyzed the organization culture status of tertiary insititutes from four different aspects, discussed the related problems and summarized the suggestion and solutions. |

| Organizational culture is a new management theory.It plays a special role in the organizational management in the subtle form of culture.As a very important social organization,colleges and universities certainly need to form and construct their own organizational culture in the modern social and cultural construction. In this paper, we analyse the status of the current organizational culture of our colleges and universities from the four levels of organizational culture in the University,combined with the results from questionnaire survey and field survey in the university.And we also propose some recommendations and solutions against some common problems. |
