[交流] “under editor evaluation”状态解读，还大家一个真相！

最近投稿elsevier和springer，在一审阶段“under review”状态结束后，均出现”under editor evaluation”状态。这个论文状态大多童靴好像并不是很熟悉，有的童靴投稿在这个状态下持续不到一天便得到一审结果，有些童靴则等待一月之久。除此之外，有些童靴还发现在“under editor evaluation”状态不变的情况下，status day确在不断更新着。为了将该状态和论文结果关联起来，本人发起此次投票，希望有该经历的童靴们多多支持，有金币可以领哦！

来自Elesvier出版社解释：
The “Under Editor Evaluation” status is not mentioned in the Elsevier site. However, there are minor variations in the workflows of different Elsevier journals. Perhaps, the journal you have submitted to uses this status, while others don’t. This status indicates that the Editor is evaluating your manuscript based on the peer reviewer comments, but has not yet come to a decision. If the editor is satisfied with the reviews, you might be informed of the decision soon. If the editor feels that he wants an additional review, the status might change once again to "under review." Once the Editor has entered his decision on the journal system, the status changes to “Decision in process.” To quote from the Elsevier site: “If the Editor has registered a decision in the system but has not yet sent you the email confirming the decision, the status of your article will be listed as ‘Decision in Process’.
