组织文化是一种新型管理理论，它以文化的形式潜移默化地对组织管理起着特殊作用。高校作为一个极为重要的社会组织，在现代社会文化建设中，必然需要形成和建设好自己的组织文化。本文结合笔者在高校中所做的问卷调查、实地调查的结果，从高校组织文化的四个层次对当前我国高校组织文化建设的现状展开分析并针对普遍存在的一些问题提出对策性建议。 [ Last edited by qingshaojun0823 on 2009-9-22 at 15:51 ] |
