[交流] 继续投这个杂志，还是改投其他杂志？

今天被拒，编辑的回信如下：

Before we pass on manuscripts to the Journal Editor, who is responsible for the scientific assessment, we perform an initial check against formal technical criteria (structure of submission, adherence to the Guide for Authors and English language usage).

We regret to inform you that your manuscript does not meet the journal's required standard for the reasons detailed in the comments below.

You are welcome to resubmit your manuscript. Should you do so, please ensure that every aspect of the manuscript is in accordance with the Guide for Authors which is available at ***. You must also submit a separate list of responses to the problems that were raised, under the submission item "Responses to technical check results". A sample of the "Responses" sheet can be found at: ***. We regret that without a completed "Responses" sheet, your manuscript will not be further processed.

Technical Screener Elsevier Editorial Services has DECLINED to take on this assignment.

The Editor has provided the following reason for this decision:

1) In its current state, the level of English throughout your manuscript does not meet the journal's desired standard. There are a number of grammatical errors and instances of badly worded/constructed sentences. Please check the manuscript and refine the language carefully.

2) Cover letter should state that the authors have complied with Elsevier's ethical requirements: Submission of an article implies that the work described has not been published previously (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture or academic thesis), that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, that its publication is approved by all authors and tacitly or explicitly by the responsible authorities where the work was carried out. Submission also implies that, if accepted, it will not be published elsewhere in the same form, in English or in any other language, without the written consent of the Publisher.

3 ) Pages should be numbered sequentially.

4 ) Abstract should be in present tense.

5) Ensure that the whole article is prepared in English(references).

本人第一次写文章，英文很烂。对这封信我是这么理解的，文章内容符合这个期刊，因为编辑没有建议我改投其他杂志，另外好像还欢迎我继续再投，被拒的主要原因是我的英文太烂，另外有几处格式不对。
在这种情况下，请问各位虫友，我修改后，是继续投这个杂志，还是改投其他杂志？
