没收到版权协议有什么办法处理么 已有4人参与

| 追踪系统里显示几天前就发版权协议了，但是通讯作者邮箱里没有，只有proof的。在哪里可以发邮件让他们再发一遍。艾斯维尔的live chat 好用吗？另外，是不是不签版权协议也没事。我看有这么一句话Please complete your Rights & Access form if you've not already done so. If the form is not completed before publication of your paper, we will proceed with publication on the explicit understanding that we have all the rights customarily included in a publishing and distribution license, including the exclusive right to publish and use the article in all media and to sublicense such rights. Your own rights to share such articles with others are set out in Elsevier's Sharing Policy. |
