一小段分子模拟翻译为学术语言（汉语）

小弟是做合成的，文章中请人帮忙做了一点分子模拟，现在写大论文，需要将分子模拟的结果用汉语表述，求大神帮忙翻一下，意思理解就是不知道怎么翻译成学术语言。 The calculation was carried out by the Gaussian 09 program package. Two structural molecules were used to simulation. The structural optimization was simulated at the B3lYP/6-31g (d) level. Vibrational frequency analyses at the same level of theory were performed on all optimized structures to characterize stationary points as local minima. |
