刚收到一份邮件，编辑给的大修，但有个专家意见不太好改，想求助大家，非常感谢！本文方向是水信息学，主要为水文和计算机交叉。 1. The novelty of this work is limited. The combination of ELM with other algorithms is extensively used to various applications. It is hard to see the contributions of this work. 2. The proposed method is compared with some classical algorithms. The authors should selecte some state-of-the-art methods for somparison. 3. The presentation needs a significant improvement. |
