主题： CISP-BMEI 2020烟台4月10日投稿截止：EI、ISTP检索|SCI 期刊 作者您好！ 第十三届图像与信号处理、生物医学工程与信息学国际学术会议(CISP-BMEI 2020)将于2020年10月19至21日在美丽的烟台召开。从2008年开始，本年会论文集的文章全部提交EI Compendex、ISTP（CPCI）、IEEE Xplore、SCOPUS同时检索，部分最好文章扩展后在SCI收录的期刊上发表（2015年以及之前的论文分CISP和BMEI两个会议检索，从2016年开始CISP和BMEI合并为一个会议）。 烟台依山旁海，风光优美，物产丰富，漫长的海岸线上散布着众多的美丽岛屿和迷人的沙滩,名胜古迹丰富多彩.秦始皇几次登临过的芝罘岛、人间仙境蓬莱、海上仙岛长岛、保存完好的中国古代海军基地的蓬莱水域，以及烟台山、毓璜顶、登州古市、崆峒岛、养马岛、半月湾、万鸟岛等旅游景点,令游人心旷神怡。 请在会议网站在线投稿（https://cisp-bmei.net/ 只限英文稿件，请在会议网站下载论文模板）。注册、版面等信息也请浏览会议网站。 欢迎大家投稿！并请转发给贵院的老师和学生。 会议组委会 cisp-bmei@ytu.edu.cn Subject: CISP-BMEI 2020 Deadline 10 April, Yantai, China [Submitting to IEEE Xplore/Scopus/EI Compendex/ISI] Dear Colleague, We cordially invite you to submit a paper to the upcoming 2020 13th International Congress on Image and Signal Processing, BioMedical Engineering and Informatics (CISP-BMEI 2020), to be held in Yantai, China, 19-21 October 2020. Located on Shandong Peninsula, the beautiful islands and seashores of Yantai always make a deep impression on visitors. Among Yantai’s many attractions, Penglai is the most famous, because of its stunning Pavilion and mystic mirage. The nearby mountains offer travelers nice hiking destinations, for example, Yantai Hill is a relaxing scenic area with plenty of history and the ancient smoke tower gave its name to the city. As one of wine cities in Asia, Yantai has a Karst Wine Resort and a Changyu Wine Museum. Yantai also boasts for its large variety of fruits and seafood. As with past CISP-BMEI conferences, all papers in conference proceedings will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus, CPCI (ISI/ISTP), and IEEE Xplore. Substantially extended versions of best papers will be considered for publication in a CISP-BMEI special issue of a SCI-indexed journal. CISP-BMEI 2020 is technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society (pending). The past conference proceedings from 2008 to 2015 were indexed as 2 separate conferences, i.e., CISP and BMEI. CISP-BMEI has become a single conference since 2016. CISP-BMEI 2020 is a premier international forum for scientists and researchers to present the state of the art of multimedia, signal processing, biomedical engineering and informatics. The registration fee of US*D480 includes proceedings, lunches, dinners, banquet, coffee breaks, and all technical sessions. To promote international participation of researchers from outside the country/region where the conference is held (i.e., China’s mainland), researchers outside of China’s mainland are encouraged to propose invited sessions. The first author of each paper in an invited session must not be affiliated with an organization in China’s mainland. All papers in the invited sessions can be marked as "Invited Paper". The organizer(s) for each invited session with at least 6 registered papers will jointly enjoy an honorarium of US*D 500. Invited session organizers will solicit submissions, conduct reviews and recommend accept/reject decisions on the submitted papers. Invited session organizers will be able to set their own submission and review schedules, as long as a list of recommended papers is determined by 18 August 2020. Each invited session proposal should include: (1) the name, bio, and contact information of each organizer of the invited session; (2) the title and a short synopsis of the invited session.
