分子对接软件autodock运行问题 已有1人参与

用autodock 4.2.6配合MGLTools1.5.6 做个例子，对接完成使用“Analyze->Open”打开刚才生成的.dlg文件时弹出文本窗口，出现了以下的错误提示： Python 2.5.2 (r252:60911, Feb 21 2008, 13:11:45) [MSC v.1310 32 bit (Intel)] on win32 Type "copyright", "credits" or "license()" for more information. **************************************************************** Personal firewall software may warn about the connection IDLE makes to its subprocess using this computer's internal loopback interface.
