怎么找回IEEE的账户和密码？

| 在IEEE期刊上投稿，接受之后，收到邮件“Kindly log in to the website using your IEEE Web Account credentials, upon receipt of this message, so that we may expedite the publication process. Please upload your comments and corrections through the IEEE Author Gateway.”但是我使用我投稿用的邮箱登录不进去，系统显示：“The email address and password combination you entered does not match our records”，我试了很多之前使用的密码都不匹配；然后使用忘记密码，输入姓名和邮箱之后，系统显示“We are unable to identify an account matching the information provided. Please try again”；我使用这个邮箱重新注册的时候，系统显示账户已存在。之前在IEEE的不同期刊上投稿，但是没印象注册过IEEE的账号。大家遇到过这种情况不？怎么破？ |
