The band gap of TMO decreases to 0.085 eV which is lower than that of commercial SnO 2 (1.08 eV) (Fig. 5a), resulting in a lower energy barrier when electron transfer from HOMO to LUMO. The continuous density of states (DOS) near Fermi level indicate the appearance of pseudo potential gap, which imparts a better electric conductivity and electrons transport ability to TMO nanosheet. 请问其中pseudo potential gap是什么意思啊。 |
