求教asce期刊，返修的时候要求补充版权转让协议或者声明，看不懂什么意思 我已经提交过一份协议了，第一作者签的名，不知道还要补充什么 We require some clarification regarding the copyright transfer agreement. Rarely, and only when specific requirements are met, can authors claim copyright transfer exemptions. Authors are usually required to transfer copyright to ASCE. Please review the copyright transfer agreement and claim only the exemptions for which all authors are eligible. If an an exemption is claimed, we ask that the authors also explain how they are eligible and why they wish to retain copyright. |
