表面氧物种的XPS分析

大家新年好 审稿人针对文章提出了一个问题 对表面O的XPS分峰提出了意见 The O 1s peak fitting using 3 contributions is debatable. The detection of differences between surface and bulk oxygen species using XPS is not obvious. This needs to be justified from a theoretical point of view. Also and from other point of view, a F-test comparing 3 vs. 2 contributions may indicate if the authors can distinguish between beta and gamma contributions at typical decision levels (95/99 %). 这个问题我不太明白是什么意思 希望大家帮忙解答 谢谢 |
