招聘：Release Coating Scientist/Manager

Job Scope Innovation projects or networking with Global R&D team in technology development for release coating to support business growth in AP area Key Responsibilities 1. Quantify technical needs from business development requirement and convert into technical design 2. Application development of release coating reagent by using lab analysis equipment 3. Development of formulations and processing methodologies for key programs. 4. Provide technical support to production team on process support 5. Training and consultation with other functions on specific developments, programs or technology. 6. Participation in global technology and development teams. 7. Networking and collaboration with technical HQ in Europe and other sites, initiatively leverage of these resources in support of key AP programs. 8. Actively work with technical service team to understand needs and convert into technical solutions. Skills and Knowledge required 1. Master or above in Polymer material, Chemical Engineering, Fine Chemicals, or organic silicones related discipline. 2. First hand experience in release paper/film industry is highly preferred, such as Thermal/UV product 3. Knowledge of laboratory testing & data analysis for release coating reagent is a must 4. Excellent communication, ability to deliver clear opinion out to team member and team working skills 5. Positive attitude when facing work pressure and ability to breakdown complicated problem. 6.
