http://biodevices.biostec.org Dear Dong-Ming Fang, BIODEVICES 2010 - http://biodevices.biostec.org (the International Conference on Biomedical Electronics and Devices) has an open call for papers, whose deadline is at the end of this month. We hope you can participate in this prestigious conference by submitting a paper reflecting your current research. In cooperation with the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AAAI), the Workflow Management Coallition (WfMC) and the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM SIGART), BIODEVICES brings together top researchers and practitioners in several areas of Biomedical Engineering, especially from electronics and mechanical engineering, interested in studying and using models, equipments and materials inspired from biological systems and/or addressing biological requirements. Monitoring devices, instrumentation sensors and systems, biorobotics, micro-nanotechnologies and biomaterials are some of the technologies addressed at this conference. BIODEVICES will be held in Valencia, Spain next year, on January 20 - 23. Paper submission deadline is scheduled for July 21, 2009. Submitted papers will be subject to a double-blind review process. All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings, under an ISBN reference, on paper and on CD-ROM support. The proceedings will be indexed by several major international indexers, including INSPEC, DBLP and Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index. Additionaly, a selection of the best papers of the conference may be published in a book, by Springer. Best paper awards will be distributed during the conference. Please check further details at the BIODEVICES 2010 conference web site (http://biodevices.biostec.org). There you will find detailed information about the conference structure and its main topic areas. This conference is co-located and part of the International Joint Conference on Biomedical Engineering Systems and Technologies (BIOSTEC http://www.biostec.org) Workshops and special sessions are also invited. If you wish to propose a workshop or a special session, for example based on the results of a specific research project, please contact the secretariat.
