•Completed assay validation for biomarkers • Be responsible for method validation, development, establishment, as well as troubleshooting of Anatomic Pathology • Be responsible for trainings from sponsor of clinical trials • Monitor reagents management and equipment maintenance • Train medical technologists and new staff of the technical group in the proper laboratory techniques for existing and new methods • Be responsible for authoring SOPs of Anatomic Pathology, including laboratory testing, safety procedures, operation and maintenance of equipment/instrument • Be familiar with industrial policies and guidelines (CFDA/FDA/CAP/GCP/ICH/ISO). |
