这个词有多个意思， 我查了下，觉得“生物体”这个意思较好 1.Studies showed that xenobiotics could induce bladder cancer,but its mechanism was still not so clear. 有研究表明外来化合物可诱发膀胱癌 ,但其机制尚不清楚。 2.Xenobiotics metabolism enzymes include PhaseⅠenzymes such as Cytochromes P450(CYP450) and Phase Ⅱenzymes such as Glutathione S-Transferase (GSTs) and N-acetyltransferase (NATs). 生物体内的代谢酶包括Ⅰ相代谢酶如细胞色素P450同工酶系（Cytochromes P450,CYP450）和Ⅱ相代谢酶谷胱甘肽硫转移酶（Glutathione S-Transferases,GSTs）和N-乙酰转移酶（N-acetyltransferases,NATs）等。 3.It is thought that extracellular GSH protects the cells from oxidants released by inflammatory cells whilst intracellular GSH neutralizes the ROS produced as a result of normal cell metabolism, as well as detoxifying xenobiotics(4). 研究者认为细胞外的谷胱甘肽可保户细胞免受发炎细胞所释放氧化剂的攻击，而细胞内的谷胱甘肽可中和正常细胞代谢作用以及共栖生物解毒作用所产生的具反应性氧核素。 |
