摘 要:采用化学气相沉积(CVD)方法,以MTS为前驱体溶液,在原位生长有碳纳米管(Carbon nanotubes,CNTs)的C/C复合材料基体上1000℃~1150℃制备了碳化硅涂层。分析了不同温度碳化硅涂层表面、截面以及碳化硅颗粒的微观形貌,结果表明:1000℃时,得到晶须状SiC,1050℃时,生成的涂层平整、致密;温度超过1100℃时,涂层粗糙,1150℃有类似岛状的组织;碳化硅颗粒的存在形式决定了涂层的质量,涂层表面和截面的形貌取决与碳化硅颗粒的形貌和结构。对涂层成分和断口形貌研究表明,基体和涂层之间有一个过渡区,SiC涂层和基体之间的结合强度很高。

Abstract: In this paper, chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) methods was used.  MTS was prepared as pre-solution. SiC coating was synthesized on C/C composites which carbon nanotubes (Carbon nanotubes, CNTs) was grown at 1000 ℃ ~ 1150 ℃. Surface coating of silicon carbide at different temperatures were measured, as well as the cross-section morphology of silicon carbide particles. The results showed that at 1000 ℃, the whisker-like SiC was obtained; at 1050 ℃, the coating formation was smooth and thick. When temperature is over 1100 ℃, The coating formation was unsmooth. Discontinued patterns were formed at 1150 ℃. The SiC particles determine the quality of coating surface. The coating surfaces and the cross-section depend on the morphology of silicon carbide particles and structure. The coating composition and fracture surface studies have shown that there is a transition zone between base and coating and the bonding strength is high between SiC coating and base.
