发文章越来越难！！！ 一文章投到在elsevier一刊物， 又sent back to author, 按照要求改了该，再提交，最后还是sent back to author, 郁闷 改投其他刊物(，也是elsevier 6月20：submitted to journal; 6月22：editor invited; 6月23：Technical Check In Progress; 还是sent back to author 这个刊物前几月才发了一篇，都没这么麻烦啊 We regret to inform you that your manuscript does not meet the journal's required standard for the reasons detailed in the comments below.
